One of the most difficult parts of communicating with candidate students when they are in the process to research for an MBA program at our school, is to explain the real experience during the program. We explain the programs content, the elective classes available to tailor the program content to their career goals, the admission process, etc.
But it is certainly difficult to express what you feel when you are part of the learning process, how is your interaction with the curricular or extra-curricular activities or how you can get involved and build the opportunity for an internship.
To support this need in today´s multimedia world we have several resources available that allow current students explain “their experience” of being part of the learning environment at IE Business School.
The first resource that comes to mind is the Media Campus where we have a large number of videos, pictures and personal comments from current students and alumni, faculty and program directors.
The next interesting resource is the Living the On-Line Masters Blog where you get a glimpse on very own a personal diaries of the interaction of students participating in the Global MBA On-Line, International Executive MBA On-line, or the Master in Digital Marketing and other on-line program offerings by IE. Some feel that the Online medium lacks the interaction or “feeling connected” with the rest of your class. Read this blogs and you shall see that is quite the opposite.
And do not forget to visit the ieCommunities that is going to be your hub to interact with classmates, faculty and colleagues from different parts of the world, after you graduate from your program.
Many times we feel that we do not have enough time or words to explain the “IE Experience”, but now we do not need that many words. You can see for yourself…
